AMURT Africa Participates in the 2nd Kilifi County Scientific Symposium

AMURT Africa participated in the 2nd Kilifi County Scientific Symposium, held in Kilifi County from 16–17 November 2023, under the theme “Bridging the Gap: From Research to Implementation for Quality Health Care.”

The symposium brought together health practitioners, researchers, policymakers, development partners, and civil society organizations to share evidence-based research, best practices, and innovative approaches aimed at improving health service delivery. Discussions focused on translating research findings into practical, scalable interventions that enhance the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of healthcare systems.

Through engagement in technical sessions and knowledge-sharing forums, AMURT Africa reaffirmed its commitment to evidence-informed programming and collaborative partnerships that strengthen health outcomes at community and county levels. The symposium provided an important platform for dialogue on aligning research, policy, and implementation to address emerging health challenges and improve service delivery.
